About Me
I am Certified Advanced Breath Instructor, Reiki Healer, Stress Management and Life Coach. Having worked in the corporate sector for over 25 years I have witnessed many people struggling with stress and burnout. When we feel overwhelmed it’s hard to break the cycle and see our way forward.
I have learnt that the most effective way to manage stress is to change our state but when we are stressed we get stuck and don’t have the capacity or motivation to change.
By changing our physiology through breathing we can change our state not only in the moment but also long term. With my extensive experience I help you and your team to learn a way to breath everyday to bring health, balance and wellbeing back to life.
