Breathing and Health
The way we breathe has a profound effect on how we feel everyday but how do we know if we are breathing effectively. If we do or have any of the following it’s likely that you may need to make adjustments to your everyday breathing;
Mouth breathing
Breathlessness
Snoring
Fast or irregular breathing
Waking with a dry mouth
Frequent sighing
Big breaths before speaking
Loud breathing
'The quality of your breathing defines the quality of your health'
When we learn to adopt healthy breathing habits and practise efficient breathing we begin to rebalance our whole body. No longer being on constant alert compromising our immune system and exhausting our adrenals. Instead we can enjoy better sleep, feel calmer, less stressed, better focus and mental clarity, have more energy, improved circulation, better hormone function and improved digestion.
By taking the body out of stress and promoting both physical and mental well being we are able to thrive.
